These are our terms and conditions for the use of our website www.thrapparel.com and the purchase of products through the website.

THR APPAREL is a trading name of TYLER HUMPHRIES RACING LTD.

The terms and conditions herein together with any notices or conditions on other areas of this website will all together govern use by customers of this website. You should note that THR APPAREL may at any time make changes to or remove part of this website without any liability to customers for such changes. THR APPAREL reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing of orders after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.

A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.

When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:

  1. You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.
  2. The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
  3. You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.

Placement of an order

When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.

Acceptance of an order

When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices.

Order Processing and Dispatch

As all items are hand printed, please allow 7-10 working days from acceptance of order to dispatch. At which point you will be provided with a tracking number.

Delivery

You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option(s). THR APPAREL assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control. We currently only offer delivery to mainland UK addresses.

Cancellation & Returns Policy

Standard Apparel

THR APPAREL accepts returns within 14 days or receipt if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging. Customised products are exempt from this policy.

No products may be returned to THR APPAREL without the prior written consent of THR APPAREL and are subject to a return charge.

If a return is approved:

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  2. Returns must be sent within 14 days of authorisation
  3. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  4. Proof of return postage must be provided and provide tracking facility

We may request items to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned items

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Customised or Personalised Printed Apparel

This policy applies to all custom printed clothing sold through our website, including but not limited to t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and workwear that is printed or otherwise personalised to the customer’s specifications.

Custom & Personalised Items & Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the statutory 14-day cancellation right does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalised.

As each item is custom made to order, we are unable to cancel orders which have commenced printing.

By placing an order for custom printed clothing, you confirm that:

  1. The items are made specifically to your chosen size(s), colour(s), garment style(s), and approved artwork
  2. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded due to a change of mind

Cancellation Before Printing

We may allow cancellation before printing has started, at our discretion.

If approved:

  1. Any artwork, setup, or sampling costs already incurred may be deducted
  2. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days
  3. To request cancellation, contact us immediately at sarah@thrapparel.com.

Sizing, Fit & Garment Selection

Custom printed clothing is produced according to the sizes selected at checkout.

Please note:

  1. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for incorrect size selection
  2. Fit can vary between brands and garment styles
  3. Size charts are provided as a guide only

We strongly recommend checking measurements carefully and, where available, ordering samples before placing a bulk or final order.

Proof Approval & Customer Responsibility

Where a proof or mock-up is provided:

  1. Printing will only proceed once approval is given
  2. Approval confirms acceptance of spelling, layout, positioning, colours, and garment choice
  3. We cannot accept responsibility for errors approved by the customer.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

If your clothing is:

  1. Faulty
  2. Damaged on arrival
  3. Printed incorrectly compared to the approved design

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photographs showing the issue

If confirmed, we will offer:

  1. A replacement, or
  2. A refund (including delivery costs, where required by law)

Wear, Washing & Care

We cannot accept returns for:

  1. Normal wear and tear
  2. Damage caused by incorrect washing or care
  3. Shrinkage consistent with garment manufacturer tolerances
  4. Fading due to failure to follow care instructions

Care labels and washing instructions must be followed to maintain print quality.

Returns (Where Authorised)

If a return is approved:

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.

Your rights are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980, and also the Consumer Protection Act, 2007, where you are a consumer. Nothing in this website shall affect your rights under the applicable law.

Severance

If any of these terms and conditions shall prove to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which shall remain valid and enforceable.

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
